Ever wonder what it would feel like to hold a human brain in your hands? Thankfully, the internet has answers for everything, including this one.

Bradley Voytek, Ph.D. and Assistant Professor Cognitive Science at UC San Diego, recently answered this very question on Quora, a popular question and answer website, and Slate.

"Heavier than I expected," he answered. "I feel like the answer should be that it was profound the first time. Enlightening. Humbling. But I just remember thinking how heavy it was."

He added that it soft and squishy like Jell-O.
