Food Trucks Flock to Westfield UTC

Westfield UTC mall will temporary close most of its food court for renovations. Hungry shoppers can still get their food fix by stopping by one of several food trucks that will be parked at the mall during these renovations.

Calling all foodies. Several food trucks pulled up to the Westfield UTC mall on Monday and will be there daily through mid-November. The food trucks will provide additional food options for hungry shoppers and area office workers during renovations at Westfield UTC.

The food court is getting an update as part of the planned $180 million renovation and expansion project at the local mall. The first phase includes transforming the indoor food court into an updated dining area separate from the ice rink. Additional renovation plans include the addition of new shops, new full-service restaurants, 14-screen luxury theater and an update of store facades.

The food trucks will be located at The Circle near Sports Chalet. The trucks will be on site daily from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
