Rebecca Chappell, Neighbor

Rebecca Chappell is an award-winning freelance writer based in San Diego. Her articles have appeared in a variety of publications and online news outlets including <i>San Diego Magazine</i>, <i>Ranch &amp; Coast, Where Guestbook</i>, <i>The Daily Transcript</i>, <i>San Diego News Network</i> and <i>DRAFT</i>. She earned her Journalism degree from Point Loma Nazarene University and currently sits on the Board of Directors of the San Diego Press Club.
