Bill Ramacciotti, Neighbor

Bill is the Senior Portfolio Manager of the Packard Management Group (PMG), a full-service association management company. He has more than 11 years of experience managing multi-site and in asset management.

Since entering the real estate industry, Bill has been in supervisory roles managing numerous buildings for multiple owners. Bill has valuable and extensive experience in takeovers and repositioning properties through, but not limited to, remodeling, marketing and increasing overall operating efficiency. He enjoys overseeing the day-to-day operations and maximizing the performance of assets under management.

Bill received his Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Economics from San Diego State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in Dallas. He holds a Certified Property Manager (CPM) certificate from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and is also a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and is the Council Chair for the IREM Young Professional (IYP) Committee.

Bill received his Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM) from the California Association of Community Managers. He holds a California Real Estate license.
