Wyland Worldwide is on Prospect Street in La Jolla between Herschel and Girard. It is a lovely and bright art gallery;More both in lighting and art. The gallery has very high ceilings with large sculptures of whales carved from solid wood logs hanging from the ceilings. In addition to the gallery downstairs, which includes paintings, photos, sculptures and fish-tanks, there is a sprawling loft with a few rooms showcasing different series. There are several comfortable leather couches throughout to sit and enjoy the art. All art on display is the work of the owner, Wyland.

Getting to the café can be a little confusing, so look for signs for Coast Boulevard with an arrow pointing down (the café is located on a somewhat steep hill that's separate from the main La Jolla downtown area).
