Formed in 1950, the La Jolla Town Council is an organization that provides a forum for discussion, debate, and action…More on local issues and concerns. It then advises different levels of government on such issues.  </p> <p>The Town Council hosts regularly scheduled meetings on the second Thursday of the month at 5pm at the La Jolla Rec Center. It also hosts a variety of other activities including SunSetters, an opportunity for business owners and other community leaders to meet in a social setting.</p> <p>Membership to the Town Council can be purchased on the website.</p>
