Cardio Barre is a workout method that combines light weights and barre work in continual motion to make muscles stronger and more resilient, all in a fun class setting. This no-impact form of exercise is specifically designed to work and tone specific muscle groups in the core, legs and arms, creating a full-body workout. Private lessons are available.
