Service here is intimate as the shop is primarily operated by its owner and master jeweler, Gary Bulfer and one other employee. Due to the small staff, the front door is sometimes locked during business hours, if this is the case just try the door and hang on briefly to be buzzed in. Customers can browse the showcases for a design or work with Gary to create a custom-made piece. For hand-crafted jewelry, Bulfer's primary specialty is designs in gold or platinum. In addition to creating and selling fine jewelry, the store also has an in-house full-service repair shop so customers can be confident that jewelry will not be sent out for restoration.
