What You Need to Know In La Jolla for the Week of Sept. 9

1. Debut local author Lacy Crawford will be at Warwick's on Monday, September 9th at 7:30pm to discuss and sign her novel Early Decision.

2. The UC San Diego Library will present its annual Dinner in the Library on Thursday, September 12. All proceeds from the benefit—set in the iconic Geisel Library building at UC San Diego—will benefit the Library’s greatest needs. The evening will include cocktails, dinner and a silent auction. 3. Back to school, also means it's football season! Don’t miss La Jolla High School play Valley Center at Gene Edwards Stadium at the high school on Friday at 7 p.m.

4. The Boardroom San Diego, a job search resource, support and networking community for those in career transitions, will host a workshop at La Jolla Presbyterian Church on Tuesday morning at 8 a.m. The workshop focuses on Knock 'Em Dead LinkedIn Strategies.
