The La Jolla YMCA is hosting a Breast Cancer Awareness Fitness Event on Saturday, October 20th from 8:30am - 12pm - WORKOUT IN PINK. The morning will consist of Zumba, Barre Sculpt, Cycling, Yoga, TRX, and Bosu classes, and we will also have raffles and healthy snacks.
A representative from Susan B. Komen will be here to answer questions. This is a great way to meet new friends, focus on your health and wellness and also learn more about breast cancer awareness.
We encourage everyone to wear pink to this fun fitness event with a focus on breast cancer awareness. Come for some, come for all!
