With a win in the Southern California Regionals, the Torreys advance to another state championship match.

The girls volleyball team will be shooting for a third straight state championship this weekend after edging Coastal League foe Francis Parker on Tuesday night for the Division IV Southern California Regional title.

La Jolla Country Day (33-8) will face El Dorado Union Mine (32-5), the top seed in the Northern California playoffs, for the state title at noon Saturday at Concordia University in Irvine.
