Farmers Insurance Open Tickets Still Available

Why settle for watching the Farmers's Insurance Open at picturesque Torrey Pines Golf Course on the television? Day and season tickets for the Jan. 24-30 tournament with $5.8 million up for grabs are still available online and at several outlets around town.

A few tips to consider before buying tickets:

• The first day of the tournament is free.
• Active military and their immediate family are admitted free at the gate with current active ID during the entire run of the tourney.
• Patron Badge provides admission to the grounds all week, the pavilion tent, and grandstand seating near the 18th green.
• Daily tickets provide access to grounds for one day only.
• Ticket packages are still available.
• Parking from Jan. 24-26 is free at the parking area.
• Parking in the Gliderport parking area from Jan. 27- 30 must be purchased by Monday, Jan. 24.
• A complimentary shuttle is available from the Gliderport parking area to the hole 9 tee.
• General parking is located at Qualcomm Stadium and Del Mar Show Park. You can purchase parking for these two locations on the day you are attending the event. Parking and round-trip shuttle service is $20 per vehicle.
• New this year is pre-paid general parking at Qualcomm Stadium for $15.
• Will call is located in front of The Lodge at Torrey Pines Golf Course. Temporary parking will be available for you to pick up your tickets prior to parking. Will Call opens Jan. 25 at 8 a.m. Tickets can also be picked up prior to the ticket date at the tournament office located at the Torrey Pines Clubhouse.
