Expect Traffic Delays Monday Afternoon on Way to Chargers Game

The San Diego Chargers will play the Indianapolis Colts at 5:40 p.m. at Qualcomm Stadium.

The San Diego Chargers are warning fans to expect additional travel delays for Monday night's game due to rush-hour traffic.

The parking lot at Qualcomm Stadium will open at 1:40 p.m. for the 5:40 p.m. game against the Indianapolis Colts. Because the parking lot routinely fills early, fans are encouraged to carpool or use public transportation.

Fans taking the Trolley should board at least two hours before the game to avoid delays. Fans attempting to board trains after 3 p.m. should expect delays, particularly at stops closest to the stadium. By 4 p.m., most Trolley cars will be filled to capacity.
