The Padres gear up for spring training by hosting a day at Petco Park for the fans.
Players set to appear include All-Star closer Heath Bell and newcomers Jason Bartlett, Jorge Cantu, Brad Hawpe, Aaron Harang and Cameron Maybin. Broadcasters Jerry Coleman, Dick Enberg, Ted Leitner and Mark Grant are also scheduled to appear.
Vice chairman and CEO Jeff Moorad and president and COO Tom Garfinkel will take part in fan forums throughout the day. Fans also will have the opportunity to tour the clubhouse, and participate in clinics with the players.
Season ticket holders can get in early, beginning at 9 a.m.
