This is a complimentary lecture held at: Pharmaca La Jolla Sat. July 21st 1-2pm. Pilates (and pilates based exercises) can be of great use to increase range of motion and strengthen muscles to ease the many problems of arthritis. Laura will discuss and demonstrate ways to decrease pain associated with arthritis and improve the quality of your fitness and daily activities. One will also feel stronger, invigorated and more flexible from Laura's amalgam of movement ideas and styles. Native New Yorker Laura Sepulveda has been teaching pilates, dance and fitness for over 25 years. Laura has been in the La Jolla community since 1991 and established her own studio, Gotham Pilates, in August 2005. Her essential belief is to incorporate fitness into our lives to find balance and happiness, and live life to it's fullest.
