UCSD's The Loft Gets You Laughing

A monthly comedy show on campus gives big "LOLs" to students.

Comedian Milton Berle once said “laughter is an instant vacation.” If that’s the case, pack up your giggles and head over to UC San Diego’s The Loft tonight–it’s vacation time!

The on-campus venue has a monthly program that will put you in stitches. Cleverly-named (Loft Out Loud), the show is a three-hour event filled with local and famous comedians.

Feraz Ozel hosts the program each month. Ozel is a regular at San Diego comedy clubs and even frequents La Jolla’s . The Jan. 10 show kicks off the beginning of another funny year at The Loft.

The laughs begin Jan. 10 at UCSD’s The Loft at 8 p.m. All ages are welcome to come enjoy the fun. General admission is $5, but UCSD students pay just $3 for the show. If you’re a Loft member, admission to the comedic relief is free.
