La Jolla Country Day School held its Commencement celebration on Friday morning on campus.
Congratulations to La Jolla Country Day School's Class of 2012. Family and friends gathered Friday morning for a commencement ceremony on campus.
The students will go on to 69 different universities across 27 states.
Special awards were given to five students. The Trustee Award winner was Sibo Cai. She was recognized for the highest cumulative grade point average amongst the graduates. The Head of School Award was awarded to the student with the second highest cumulative grade point average. This year's winner was Lindsey Kostas. The Faculty Prize was awarded to Kaitlin Elizabeth Woods, Megan Margaret Woods and Derek John Mesman-Hallman. The three fbest demonstrated the ideas and spirit of La Jolla Country Day.
