(All students will receive each course paired with the Sake listed above as well as a full tutorial on how to roll sushi. Students will each prepare their own California and Spicy Tuna Rolls. Upon completion they will also receive a Sushi Rolling Kit and Certificate of Completion signed by the Chefs at Roppongi.)
