Our expedition will take us throughout the beautiful country sides surrounding the Mediterranean Sea, and exploit some of the world’s most luscious ingredients coming from this area. At our studio in Downtown La Jolla, we will begin with rich yet light soups taking advantage of fantastic and fruitful Mediterranean vegetables. The next stop in our culinary journey will bring us to Italy where we will build a flakey and satisfying goat cheese tart that will surely bring you and your guests to the table.
