Leaner, Stronger, Healthier: Pre- and Post-Workout Meals & Healthy Snacking

You already know what to eat, come learn when to eat it!  Learn the fundamentals of pre-exercise meals, which should be mainly composed of “slow-burning” complex carbohydrates, such as fruits, vegetables, whole-grain bread, rice, pasta, and cereals, and some tasty recipes to satisfy both your cravings and your body’s needs, like Berry, Chicken, and Mint salad and Coffee Protein Power Drink.  What does your body need after working out?  Learn the basics of post-exercise recovery with recipes such as Rapid Recovery Fat Loss Shake. Finally, learn how to replace sugary, unsatisfying snacks with healthier versions for day and night, like Spicy Yam Fries and Roasted Pumpkin Seeds. Come away from this class armed with both the knowledge you need to make better choices and recipes to get you started in the right direction!
