Jesus' Healthy & Gluten-Free June: Around the World

Featuring Cups Culinary Director Chef Jesus Gonzalez, former creative chef for Rancho La Puerta Spa.

If you are new to the gluten-free lifestyle or want to add more to your GF repertoire, then this hands-on class with spa chef Jesus is for you!  Not only will you learn some new staples for your GF diet, but many if not all of these dishes can also be prepared dairy-free too.  Menu items include cream of corn tortilla soup with roasted poblano chile, spinach salad with raspberry dressing dressing & toasted croutons, chile rellenos on a bed of black beans with sour cream sauce, savory crepes with gravlax, fennel & cardamom, magi magi in rice paper, and to finish off the meal, carrot-pineapple cake with creamy frosting.
