The festival celebrates women's accomplishments while raising funds to support microloans in impoverished countries. Food, jewelry and decorations from female small-business owners will be available at the event.
Guest speakers include UCSD Chancellor Marye Anne Fox and Winifred Cox, co-founder of Women Empowerment International.
