Jaeschke, Inc., one of San Diego’s largest property management companies for homeowner associations (HOAs), will host “You’re on The Board, Now What?,” a free orientation workshop on the various roles of HOA board members, from 6 to 7:30 p.m., Wednesday, June 26, at the offices of Associa N.N. Jaeschke, Inc., 9610 Waples St., San Diego. Any HOA board member who serves on any HOA board of directors in San Diego County is invited to attend. Registration begins at 5:30 p.m.
Topics to be covered will include how to run a successful board meeting, dealing with vendors who provide services to HOAs and succeeding as a board member in protecting, maintaining and enhancing their property.
