With more than half of the units sold, Paseo La Jolla opened a model home/sale center on site last month. Construction was completed and move-ins began at the 24-unit townhouse development at Pearl Street and Herschel Avenue last month. Another 10 units are for sale.
San Diego-based developers Zephyr Partners said this is the first new home community to open in La Jolla for years. The majority of townhomes in Paseo La Jolla have private rooftop terraces. And each unit has a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops; attached garage; high ceilings in the living room, dining room and master suites; and fireplace.
The remaining units are listed for $725,990 to $1,019,990. Units range in size from 1,000 to 1,600 square feet with one, two and three bedroom layouts.
