A 17-unit apartment property on Prospect Street in La Jolla sold for $8.95 million. The property—called Eden— was sold to Tofigh Khodapanah and Maryam Afzali, according to The Daily Transcript.
The property is located at 600 Prospect St. across from the La Jolla Recreation Center with many units having an ocean view. The apartments total 12,442 square feet on the corner lot at Cuvier and Prospect streets.
The local paper said the acquisition was financed with a loan of $4.25 million from Luther Burbank Savings.
The seller was In Eden Properties LLC.
Aaron Bove and Ben Tashakorian of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller. Dave Plutner of DP Properties represented the buyer.
