Looking to buy or just looking? Take a tour of the five most expensive homes for sale in La Jolla. The December median home of single-family homes in San Diego County was $418,500, according to the San Diego Association of Realtors. The top five homes in La Jolla have listing prices from $17 million to $27.3 million.
