There’s Tae Kwon Do, Karate, Jiu-Jitsu, kickboxing and various other martial arts to get a workout, build confidence and gain defense skills. Put some of them together and you have mixed Martial arts.
Needless to say, there are plenty of local studios that train students of all levels and we want to know your favorite. We’ll keep accepting nominations through July 9. After that, nominations will be closed and we’ll start the voting, so make sure to get in your favorites now.
