The legal fight over the cross atop Mt. Soledad in La Jolla continues. What do you think of the cross?

The 43-foot cross atop Mount Soledad has caused debate near and wide for years now. And just yesterday, a federal judge in San Diego issued an order declaring that the cross violates the the U.S. Constitution. But, Patch wants to know, what do you think?
