---

A re-elect Barack Obama president rally is set for Saturday at a park in Temecula but area residents from Lake Elsinore and Wildomar will be attending.

Local volunteer teams from Organizing for America -- with members in  Temecula, Murrieta and Lake Elsinore -- will be attending the rally.

"This is a great opportunity to find out about upcoming events and enjoy some lively conversation with community members who support the president," Lake Elsinore resident Diana Hansen said.

"I think it's really important for people to hear all aspects of what is happening and what is at stake in the coming election.

"It's a community event, there will be community issues discussed.

"We'd like to have a chance to present our side of it," Hansen said.

Refreshments will be served at the event, which is set to end at 4 p.m.

Popeye, Thanks for all your hard work on this but let's save our energy for those who need us to fight FOR them not with them. I am tired of trying to match fact with belief. That is what we are dealing with here. Some folks start out with a belief and then build facts around that support it. Others hear the facts then form their beliefs around them. Two different paths and both with very different results and consequences. Hope you will join us. These postings let us know we are not alone. Yes Romney has laid off hundreds if not thousands by his actions in the private sector, I don not applaud him for that having been on the receiving end of a merger myself. Obama has done some good, just like all the elected presidents before him have (with the exception of Carter). Yes there is a huge problem with our lected officals, I mean huge. We as Americans have the power to change that, (I hate using that phrase) at the voting booth. All it takes is for a group of educated (key word) people to write up the petions that will make the change. As I have always believed, you piss of the elected officlas and things will change for the better. There are very few political hacks who give a rats behind about us. They mostly care about how much money they can make and how they can make others wealthy as well. If we as Americans take away that wealth, they have nothing to go after. I mean, how many times have you heard of that a CEO/CFO of a major multinational company paid 50 plus millions dollars to get that job? No, they earned it! Have our elected officlas EARN their position based on how they produce for the people who put them in office to begin with. You don't produce, you don't get paid. Pretty simple really. Now, gather all the OWS non-thinking idiots and have them do something worth while. Oh yeah, another point to make. I am sure that this rally that is planned has all the proper permits? They better adhere to the "private property and right fo way" restrictions

Do you really think that in four years in office Carter did absolutely nothing that was good? George W. was a complete idiot, but I wouldn't say absolutely everything he did was bad, and he didn't even have a Middle East peace deal between Israel and Egypt to his credit. What could one person possibly do to EARN 50 plus million dollars?

Curious, was the rally well attended? _______________________ Nobama 2012
