Community Planning Association To Meet Thursday

La Jolla Community Planning Association will discuss several permits for residential construction including a 10,744 square foot home on Whale Watch Way.

The La Jolla Community Planning Association will host its first meeting of 2012 at 6 p.m., Thursday at the .

Agenda items include a motion to approve the Coastal Development Permit of a 10,744 square foot, two-story residence at 8440 and 8450 Whale Watch Way.

The association will also hear a motion to approve the Coastal Development Permit and Site Development Permit to construct a 7,858 square foot, two-story, single-family residence at 427 Sea Ridge Dr. in Bird Rock.

On the agenda is a motion to permit the demolition of an existing residence and construct a 5,660 square foot, two-story, single-family residence at 1654 Marisma Way in Muirlands.

The association will also hear a motion that findings can be made for a Coastal Development Permit to demolish existing residence and construct a 4,093 square foot, single-family residence on a 0.16 acre site at 440 Belvedere St. in Windansea.
