Serious Injury Accident on Soledad Road
A 57-year-old bicyclist was struck by a car and suffered a compound fracture to his leg.
An 82-year-old male driving a Toyota wagon northbound on Soledad Road struck a bicyclist Sunday evening, according to San Diego Police. The 82-year-old reportedly violated the right of way near Soledad Mountain Road and struck a 57-year-old man riding a bicycle at 6:43 p.m.
The bicyclist suffered a compound fracture to the leg.
The San Diego Police Department Traffic Division is investigating the accident.
