My husband will send me ideas for my “Choosing Wellness” column because his company has a health and wellness group. On occasion someone in the group will pass on some health tips or fun ways to stay in shape. Recently he sent me an article on skin care during the hot summer months, which is a topic I covered last summer. However, I thought that if my husband did remember that article, it’s probably not on the forefront of anyone else’s mind either. So I’ve decided to look back at my favorite summer related articles.
