Mitt Romney, the sometimes La Jolla resident, may soon announce his choice for running mate—likely via a smartphone app.  Pundits and GOP partisans are promoting several names. But who do YOU think the former Massachusetts governor should pick for the veep slot?  Should he tap a woman, a Hispanic, a Southerner? Or one of his former rivals for the nomination, like Herman Cain?
