The memo is still available to be read at the above official ATF link and the date on it is still 2009. I found that memo, read the date, and said 2009 was during President Obama’s time in office. The fact that you delved into it further and discovered it was not dated correctly doesn’t change the fact that it was. and still is, available with the date of 2009. I had no reason to believe the date was incorrect. Your attempt to slander me is pathetic and points out your inability to reason.
