Poll: Did Mitt Romney Rouse the Voters With Vision for His Presidency?

Republicans cheer nominee in Tampa, but did the rest of America have the same opinion?

In his nomination acceptance speech Thursday night, Mitt Romney said: “America has been patient. Americans have supported this president in good faith. But today, the time has come to turn the page.”  Delegates in Tampa cheered the former Massachusetts governor and chanted U-S-A. But outside the convention hall, how did the speech play? Did he close the sale or leave details dangling?

Possibly left and right are extreme to counter the other. The right comments on human issues is sad. Ryan is really a sick guy. Romney is way out there in right field. Both are wanting to increase the gap of classes and if a gap was needed, might be so. but the wide gap they seek in cruel and ignorant. I am not democrat, nor an angry white male, nor gay or black nor anything of interest. I am a fair hard working self employed person over 35 yrs. seen Carter recession etc. owned my own company all this time and understand "entitlement laziness" all to well. 12 hr. days are my norm. But the balance is out of control and banks are criminals, Oil is raping this country and US subsidies the highest netting industry as others starve. Republicans are choking employment to make Obama look bad. Fighting to their cause not our needs. Congress sucks. Greg Chick

If we didn't have a corrupt liberal anti-American media......Obama would be laughed out of the white house.

Senator Obama says Jeremiah Wright is a "wonderful man" and he "represents the best of what the Black church has to offer." http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3c6g6ZVeQBM
