3rd Annual USO San Diego Del Mar Country Club Golf Classic to Support Programs for Active-Duty Military and Families

USO San Diego will hold its 3rd Annual Golf Classic on Monday, November 4th, 2013, at the Del Mar Country Club in Rancho Santa Fe and hosted by Madeleine and T. Boone Pickens. Proceeds from this fundraising event will help support USO San Diego’s on-going programs for Armed Forces service members, military families and healing heroes. Mike Slater of KFMB will emcee the event. The day begins with registration and breakfast at 8 a.m. and a 10 a.m. shotgun start, followed by a reception, keynote address, awards and auctions beginning at 3 p.m.

During the event, USO San Diego honors active-duty military personnel, including many of the combat wounded, ill and injured service members who are recovering from injury and undergoing rehabilitation. This event is a true golf experience for those who want to support our military and be treated to a first-class day on the links.
