Power Outage Affects 700 Customers in Torrey Pines
The cause was under investigation.
Nearly 700 San Diego Gas & Electric customers lost power in the Torrey Pines area Monday.
The outage struck at 7:23 a.m., according to the utility, which restored electricity to all but 495 customers within 90 minutes. The remaining customers were expected to receive power by noon.
