We traveled into La Jolla Shores to get today's drink recipe. Barbarella's serves a delicious Peppermint Chocotini with chocolate rim. It is full of Christmas cheer!
Barbarella's gave this tip for the chocolate rim. They said to melt the chocolate, place the melted chocolate on a small flat dish, and roll the rim of the martini glass in it.
- 2 oz of vodka
- 1/2 oz milk
- 1/2 oz melted Valrhona Chocolate (or any chocolate substitute)
- Splash of creme de menthe
Add ice and vodka to a martini shaker, then add Milk or cream, melted chocolate, and a splash of creme de menthe. Shake, shake, shake! Strain into a martini glass with a melted chocolate rim. And enjoy!
