NJ Men Disappointed in Length Sue Subway

Two men from New Jersey have sued Subway because they say the footlong sandwiches measure less than 12 inches.

If you're headed to Subway bring your appetite—and your ruler.

That's if you pay as close attention to the size of your sandwich as two New Jersey men, who are suing the fast food chain because they say the advertised footlong sub is just shy of 12 inches.

According to NBC 10, the lawsuit was filed this week. The plantiffs, John Farley of Evesham and Charles Noah Pendrack of Ocean City, said they measured 17 Subway foot-long sandwiches and all were not quite 12 inches.

it's true - a couple weeks ago i bought a 6" and it was only 5 1/2" ... it's common for companies to shrink the size of their product as opposed to raising the costs....yogurt has stayed about the same price for years, but it used to come in 8oz servings, now they are 6oz ... ...but they can't lie about it ...

OMG a law suit over a half an inch ? I must say it brings a great deal of hilarity to mind once you get past how pathetic is.
