Here's one for all of September 2013, a summary of the homes recently sold in La Jolla (92037). This list is presented by Gary Kent of the Gary Kent Team – Keller Williams Realty in La Jolla; 858-457-5368.
This was a solid month of sales in La Jolla real estate. A total of 60 homes were sold in total, 26 detached and 34 attached. That figure includes 25 that sold for over $1 million, with 9 of those selling for over $2 million. The median sale price was $825,000.
Far and away the biggest sale of the month was 9736 La Jolla Farms Road, an $18.5 million La Jolla Farms home. This contemporary-style oceanfront estate boasts an incredible 14,800 feet of living space. That includes a 2-bed 2-bath guest house, a 2,100 sqft entertainment building and a 400 sqft gate house. Residents have amazing views of La Jolla Cove and paragliders soaring along the Pacific shore. Amenities include home theater, pool with spa and barbecue, heated-floor master bath, dog kennel, and lath house.
