This was a decent week of sales in La Jolla real estate. A total of 14 homes were sold, with only 2 of those being attached. Nine of the properties sold for $1 million or more, including two that went for over $2 million.
One of the highlights of this crop of sales was a $2.01 million Muirlands home. This wonderful ranch-style residence is boasts nearly 4,000 square feet of living space, including a large family room and an exercise room. Other features include open beam ceilings, french doors, granite kitchen island, circular driveway and a great location near the Village.
