This was an average month of sales in La Jolla real estate, or perhaps slightly below. 48 homes were sold in total, with 27 of those detached and 21 attached. 27 was also the number of homes that sold for $1 million or more, with an impressive 11 of those selling for over $2 million. The full range of sales prices spanned from $245,000 to $11 million.
The most spectacular sale in November was an $11 million La Jolla Shores home. Built right along La Jolla Shores Beach near the renowned Scripps Institution of Oceanography, this spacious contemporary residence has it all. 50 feet of retractable glass doors, a pool and spa, a private gate to the beach, a lava rock wall and proximity to shopping and Birch Aquarium are just some of the highlights.
