This was decent week sales for La Jolla real estate. Just 13 homes were sold altogether—five attached and eight detached. All eight of those those detached properties sold for more than $1 million, including three for over $2 million.
The highlight sale this week was a $2.38 million La Jolla Mesa home. Gorgeously manicured greenery lines the entry path to this nearly 4,000 square foot residence, while the spacious entry way is topped with an elegant chandelier. Other features include a dual fireplace, gourmet kitchen with island, and a backyard with beautiful views of La Jolla Alta.
