We had a busy week of sales in La Jolla real estate. Eighteen homes were sold altogether, with ten of those being attached and eight detached. The median sale price was $1,225,000. Eleven of the homes sold for over $1 million, including two for over $3 million.
Those latter two residences—both of them Spanish-style Village homes—stood head and shoulders above the rest. One, a $3.5 million home just a block from the ocean, features a tropical landscape and a pool/spa with accompanying cabana. The other, a $3.65 million home directly adjacent to La Jolla Country Club, boasts a rooftop deck with jaw-dropping panoramic views.
