This another decent week of sales for La Jolla real estate. Eleven homes were sold altogether, with seven of those being attached and just four detached. The median sale price was $849,000. Four of the homes sold for over $1 million, including two for over $2 million.
The biggest sale for the week was a $3 million Country Club home. This charming Spanish-style residence features panoramic views of the Pacific. Other amenities include a 3-car garage, high sloping ceilings, downstairs office, sun room, backyard garden and two fireplaces—one indoors, one out.
