This was solid week of sales for La Jolla real estate. Fourteen homes were sold altogether, with ten of those being detached and just four attached. The median sale price was $1,394,000. Ten of the homes sold for over $1 million, including three for over $2 million.
The most notable sale this week was a $3.28 million Muirlands home. This historic Spanish-style residence has panoramic views of the ocean, golf course and surrounding hillside. The circular home has rooms that open onto an interior courtyard with a pool and fountain. The expansive lot is filled with lush greenery and winding pathways.
