This was a pretty solid week for La Jolla real estate, with 15 homes sold altogether (9 detached and 6 attached). Ten of those sold for over $1 million, including four for more than $2 million.
The most notable sale among them was 2890 Sugarman Court, a $2.55 million La Jolla Heights home. Located on a secluded cul-de-sac, this 4,540-square-foot Craftsman-style was extensively remodeled in 2010. Amenities include beautiful hardwood flooring, gourmet chef's kitchen, massive grassy yard, and a sport court for basketball and more.
