This was a solid week of sales for La Jolla real estate, with thirteen homes being sold altogether. Five of those were detached, and the other eight were apartments or condos. The median sale price was again very high at $1,175,000. Eight of the homes sold for over $1 million, including five for more than $2 million.
The featured home of the week was a $3.95 million La Jolla Farms home. Built in the style of a French chateau, this beautiful, secluded residence has over 6,000 square feet lof living space. is has a grand design with marble foyer and European gardens. Other features include two staircases, a library, great ocean views, a 6,000-lb fire safe, and a 4-car garage.
