This was another average week of sales for La Jolla real estate, with 12 homes sold altogether (6 detached and 6 attached). Six of those sold for over $1 million, including three that sold for more than $2 million.
The most notable sale of the week was 2350 Calle De La Garza, a $3.35 million La Jolla Shores home. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, this mini-estate is just a few minute's walk from the white of La Jolla Shores Beach. Features include a 3-car garage, ocean views, a large side yard with fruit trees, and a full-size tennis court.
