This was another strong week of sales for La Jolla real estate, with seventeen homes being sold altogether. Six of those were detached, and the other eleven were attached (apartments or condos). The median sale price was $1,200,000. Ten of the homes sold for over $1 million, including three for over $2 million.
The featured home of the week was a $4.66 million Muirlands home. This stunning 3-story residence has peek ocean views and over 8,000 square feet of living space. Its many other luxurious features include a game room, full bar, exercise room, wine cellar, sauna, three fireplaces, and a pool/spa with separate lap pool.
